Product surcharges

To add surcharges to a product, a surcharge first must be created through the Pricing sidebar module.

An introduction to surcharges and their configuration is thoroughly explained in the Pricing section - Surcharges guide.

The created surcharges are then automatically listed as options in the product details.

They can be selected to be added in the Price tab of every item.

Step 1

Once the surcharge is created, search for the desired product by product code or name via the PIM module > Products & Clusters. Click to open the product.

Step 2

Navigate to the Price tab.

Step 3

Select the Taxes & Surcharges menu on the right, or simply scroll down until reached. Select Add surcharge.

Step 4

A new screen will pop-up. Select the previously created surcharge and click on Add to product. A success message will show and the surcharge is then added to the product.
