Add a video to a product

Goal​

To add a product video in Propeller Commerce, providing customers with a visual demonstration of the product’s features, benefits and usage.

Step 1: Locate the Product​

  1. Go to PIM > Products & Clusters.
  2. Search for the product by code or name.
  3. Click to open the product.

Step 2: Access the Media & Docs Tab​

  1. Navigate to the Media & Docs tab.
  2. Select Videos from the right-hand menu, or click Videos to expand the section.

Step 3: Upload the Video​

  1. Click Upload.
  2. In the pop-up, enter the video’s name, description and URL.
  3. Click Save to confirm the changes.
