Product videos

Product videos can have a crucial role in persuading customers to make a purchase. They can be used to introduce new products, highlight the features of the product and/or demonstrate how a product operates. In Propeller Commerce, adding a video to a product can be achived in three steps.

Step 1

Search for the desired product by product code or name via the PIM module > Products & Clusters. Click to open the product.

Step 2

Navigate to the Media & Docs tab. Click on the Videos menu on the right, or simply click on Videos to expand the section.

Step 3

Click on Upload and a pop-up screen will open. Fill in the name, description and URL of the video and save the changes.
