Product manuals

Depending on the product, manuals can be an integral part of any purchase as they act as a thorough guide to assist users in understanding and utilizing the product efficiently and safely. In Propeller Commerce, you can easily add a manual to a product.

STEP 1

Search for the desired product by product code or name via the PIM module > Products & Clusters. Click to open the product.

STEP 2

Navigate to the Media & Docs tab in the product. Scroll down to find the Documents menu where the manual can be added or navigate to the menu using the right-side bar. The manual can be added by Uploading or Dragging & Dropping. Once the document is added, a success message will show. That means the manual has been successfully uploaded.
