Configuring incentives

Incentive is any promotional offer that aims to influence customers to purchase goods or services. Usually, incentives take a form of discount coupons, cart promotions, free shipping offers or bonus items. In Propeller you have the options to create various incentives based on certain conditions that you determine. You will find below more details on how to configure incentives.

In order to view existing or create new incentives, you need to go to E-business -> Incentives

There is a table that will list all the existing incentives (if any) and a button in the top right corner New Rule that allows you to add new incentives. Once you click on the button, there will be a pop-up where you can set the conditions and the actions for the incentive. Both the conditions and actions are drop-down menus that list all the possibilities for the incentive.
