Why a step failed, as far as a flow manager needs to know.

Fields​

GuidedSellingTurnError.code ● String! non-null scalar​

The error code the storefront received, e.g. GUIDED_SELLING_MODEL_UNAVAILABLE_ERROR.

GuidedSellingTurnError.reason ● String scalar​

The reason behind it: the model vendor's own words for a model failure ("LLM_AUTH_FAILED: ... invalid x-api-key"), or the problems of an output that failed validation twice.

GuidedSellingTurnError.retryable ● Boolean scalar​

True when the same step may succeed on a retry.
