GuidedSellingConversationAnswer

One answer the customer gave, as they saw it: an option they picked, or what they typed instead.

Fields​

GuidedSellingConversationAnswer.questionId ● ID! non-null scalar​

Identifier of the question that was answered.

GuidedSellingConversationAnswer.question ● String! non-null scalar​

The question text, in the language of the conversation.

GuidedSellingConversationAnswer.optionId ● ID scalar​

Identifier of the option the customer picked. Null when they typed.

GuidedSellingConversationAnswer.answer ● String! non-null scalar​

The label of the picked option, or what the customer typed. Typed text is personal data; it is kept until the flow is deleted, or for the retention period when one is set.

GuidedSellingConversationAnswer.typed ● Boolean! non-null scalar​

True when the customer typed this answer instead of picking an option.
