Filter Sales Portal on your Companies

Goal

To easily work with the Sales Portal by seeing only the quote requests, quotes and orders for companies you assigned to yourself.

Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Portal

1. From the backoffice menu, select Sales and then Companies. This tutorial explains the My Companies filter on the Companies page, which works similarly on the Quote Requests, Quotes and Orders pages.

A list of all the companies will be displayed, including their name, ID, phone number, location, and creation date.

Step 2: Filter on Companies

1. Click on the My Companies dropdown.
2. Select the company/companies you wish to assign to yourself.

3. Once you select the desired companies, click on the slider to apply the filter.

Step 3: Adjust the Filtered Companies

1. Click on any of the results to open the company and view its details.

Best Practices

• Assigning a company through the filter to yourself does not mean that your colleagues won't be able to see the information of your companies.
• The filter only remembers the companies you assigned to yourself if you don't delete the cookies in your browser (or use the in cognito/private browser modus).
• Only on the Companies page does the slider lock all the search options, you can freely filter and search on the other Sales Portal pages.
