High tax rate classification. Applied to surcharges subject to the highest applicable tax rate in the jurisdiction.
TaxCode.L
Low tax rate classification. Applied to surcharges subject to reduced or preferential tax rates.
TaxCode.N
No tax classification. Applied to tax-exempt surcharges or fees not subject to taxation.
