Remove a localized variant from a cluster

/v2/clusters/:lookupKey/:key/translation/:translationLanguage

Removes the localized variant for the supplied language from every multilingual field on the cluster.

The default language of the catalogue cannot be removed because it is required for end-user surfaces. The operation fails when no localized variant exists for the supplied language.
