guidedSellingFlowStats

BETA: guided selling can still change in ways that break existing integrations. Backwards compatibility is not guaranteed while it is in beta.

Conversion of one flow, counted per conversation: how many started, reached advice (an advice served counts as seen) and converted an advised product, plus how many products were converted that way. Only conversations in the recorded history count, each for the flow it started on; conversions come in through guidedSellingOutcomeReport. For a list of flows, select stats on each flow instead: one count for the whole list.

Possible errors:

  • GUIDED_SELLING_FLOW_NOT_FOUND_ERROR: no flow with this id in the calling tenant
